§ 31.081 DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, LAND USE, AND NEIGHBORHOODS.
   (A)   The Director of Planning, Land Use, and Neighborhoods shall be responsible for coordinating and directing the planning, zoning and engineering functions for the town.
   (B)   The Director of Planning, Land Use, and Neighborhoods, or his or her appointed designee, shall administer and enforce the provisions of this code relating to land development regulations, the Zoning Code, and municipal impact fees, and he or she shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be provided for him or her in this code of ordinances, or as provided in any other town or state ordinances/ statutes.
   (C)   The Zoning Administrator shall be the Director of Planning, Land Use, and Neighborhoods, unless the Director specifically designates another individual, in writing, to act as same. Any such designation shall be subject to written approval of the Town Administrator, and may be terminated, in writing, at any time by the Director of Planning, Land Use, and Neighborhoods, with the written approval of the Town Administrator.
