§ 31.080 APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, LAND USE, AND NEIGHBORHOODS.
   The Director of Planning, Land Use, and Neighborhoods will be appointed by Council and will serve at the pleasure of Council.
