§ 31.071 DUTIES.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Corporation Counsel to enter appearance in all actions, cases, and special proceedings and to conduct all suits in all courts in which the municipality is, or shall be a party, to investigate titles and give opinions on questions of law, when requested to do so by the Council or the Mayor.
   (B)   The Corporation Counsel shall be present at all Council meetings.
