§ 31.064 DUTIES.
   (A)   The Clerk of Council or his or her designee shall be present at all meetings of Council or Committees of Council and record, prepare and maintain written minutes of meetings for the records of the town. The Clerk of Council shall also prepare and post agendas for such meetings and ensure that the public has been duly notified.
   (B)   The Clerk of Council shall have custody of the seal of the town, which shall be carefully preserved and kept by the Clerk of Council in his or her office at all times.
