The Chief Financial Officer shall be the Director of Financial and Corporate Services unless the Director designates another individual, in writing, to act as same. Any such designation shall be subject to written approval of the Town Administrator, and may be terminated, in writing, at any time by the Director of Financial and Corporate Services, with the written approval of the Town Administrator. The Director of Financial and Corporate Services shall also perform such other duties as may be annexed to the office or that he or she may be required by the Council to perform.
