§ 31.021 OFFICE HOURS.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to represent the municipality in the Mayor’s office in the Town Hall or elsewhere on municipally related activities to insure that the business of the municipality is properly conducted and that all persons having business with the municipality may be assured of seeing the Mayor.
