§ 31.002 DRAWING ON MUNICIPAL FUNDS.
   Any municipal funds deposited shall be subject to the joint order of either the Mayor, Town Administrator, Director of Financial and Corporate Services, or the Finance Division Chief. In the absence or disability of the Mayor, the Mayor Pro- Tem shall have authority to act in his or her place.
