§ 30.72 EXAMINATION OF ORDINANCES; SUGGESTIONS FOR REVISION.
   It shall be the duty of each of the standing committees and the members thereof to examine carefully the ordinances appertaining to the subject with which such committee is especially charged and to endeavor to ascertain, from time to time, whether the ordinances appertaining to the subject are being properly regarded and enforced and whether these ordinances are sufficient and satisfactory, and to suggest to the Council from time to time such changes in the ordinances as they may deem proper.
