Town Council agendas may contain a section entitled consent agenda. This agenda section may include ordinances eligible for final reading which have been unanimously approved by all eligible Councilmembers at first reading. All items on the consent agenda may be collectively approved by one vote without debate. Should any Councilmember wish to debate or amend any consent agenda item, it shall be removed from the consent agenda and either moved to the appropriate section of the agenda upon proper amendment to the agenda or, alternatively and without amendment to the agenda, all items on the consent agenda shall be individually addressed.
