The Clerk of Council or designee shall attend all meetings of the Council and keep minutes of the proceedings of the Council. The Clerk shall write such minutes out in a book to be known as The Minutes of Meetings of the Town Council of Mount Pleasant, S.C. It shall also be the responsibility of the Clerk of Council, or his or her designee, to maintain records on all town committees, boards, and commissions.
