§ 30.24 ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor and the Councilmembers to attend all regular meetings of the Council and, when notified, to attend all extra or special meetings called pursuant to this subchapter. For failure to attend any meeting they shall, unless excused by the Council, be subject to such fine as the Council may impose.
