§ 30.22 SPECIAL AND ADJOURNED MEETINGS.
   The Mayor shall, whenever in his or her judgment the good of the municipality requires it, summon special meetings of the Council, although any meeting may stand adjourned to a more distant day. The Mayor shall call special meetings when requested in writing so to do by any three Councilmembers.
