Regular meetings of the Town Council shall be held each month of the year in the Mount Pleasant Town Council Chambers. The regular monthly meeting shall be held on the second Tuesday of the month, and shall be called to order at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise determined by Town Council. Pursuant to the stated, Town Council may change the location and/or time of the regular monthly meeting, so long as special circumstances exist to justify the change, the change is approved in advance by a majority vote at a regular monthly meeting, and the change is properly advertised to the public.
