§ 132.05 AUTHORITY TO STOP VIOLATORS; APPEARANCE TICKETS.
   An officer or member of the Mount Pleasant Division of Public Safety who witnesses a violation of § 132.03 may stop and detain the person for purposes of obtaining satisfactory identification, seizing illegally possessed alcoholic liquor, and issuing an appearance ticket.
