3-4-3: COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER:
It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate a raffle or poker run or to sell, offer for sale, convey, issue or otherwise transfer for value a chance on a raffle unless done in accordance with this chapter. (1979 Code § 3-6-3; amd. 2017 Code)
