3-3-5: GRANT, DENIAL, ISSUANCE OF LICENSE:
The application shall be referred to the Village Board of Trustees who shall grant or deny the license pursuant to this chapter within thirty (30) days of the application. Upon approval by the Village Board, licenses shall be issued by the Village Clerk. (2017 Code)
