It shall be unlawful for any person to operate within the Village a mechanical amusement device, pinball machine, pool table, billiard table, maintenance bowling machine, electronic amusement machine, shuffleboard game (whether electronic or otherwise), or any other amusement device or machine, either for gain or not, in any game room or billiard center without a license therefor.
