Upon the approval of the Village President of the application for a license as provided in this chapter, the Village President shall issue to the person applying therefor, a license, signed by the Village President, to sell at retail alcoholic liquors under the provisions of this chapter, indicating the classification under which the license is issued, the term for which such license is granted, and the fee paid.
