3-2-7: LICENSE TERM; PRORATING FEE:
Each such license shall terminate on April 30 next following issuance. The fee to be paid shall be reduced in proportion to the full calendar months which have expired in the year prior to the issuance of the license. (1979 Code § 3-4-7)
