2-10-6: PROJECTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
The Committee shall make studies, projections and recommendations. These shall be in writing and submitted to the Village President and the Village Board of Trustees. These shall not be binding upon the Village in any way. (1979 Code § 2-8-6)
