2-3-5: DUTIES:

It shall be the duty of the Zoning Board of Appeals to hear and decide any appeal from an order, decision or interpretation of the Zoning Administrator or any matter referred to it or upon which it is required to pass under the provisions of the zoning ordinances or State statutes. (2017 Code)
