2-3-3: CHAIRPERSON:
One (1) of the members of the Board shall be designated by the Village President, with the consent of the Village Board, as Chairperson of said Board and shall hold said office as Chairperson until a successor is appointed. Such Chairperson, or in his absence the acting Chairperson, may administer oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses. (2017 Code)
