2-3-2: VACANCIES AND REMOVALS:
Vacancies shall be filled by the Village President, subject to confirmation by the Village Board, for the unexpired term. Members may be removed by the Village Board for cause after written charges have been filed and after a public hearing has been held if demanded by the member so charged. (2017 Code)
