2-3-1: MEMBERSHIP, APPOINTMENT AND TERMS:
   A.   There is hereby established a Zoning Board of Appeals. Said Board shall consist of seven (7) members nominated by the Village President and appointed by the Village Board. The members of said Board shall serve for the following initial terms:
1 for 1 year
1 for 2 years
1 for 3 years
1 for 4 years
1 for 5 years
1 for 6 years
1 for 7 years
   B.   The successor of each member so appointed shall serve for a term of five (5) years. (2017 Code)
