11-1-1: STATE REQUIREMENTS:
All laws of the State of Illinois pertinent to the subdividing of lands and plats therefor, as now or at any time hereafter may be in effect, are made a part of this chapter as though written herein at length 1 . Three (3) copies of the applicable statutes shall be and remain on file in the Office of the Village Clerk for inspection by the public. (1979 Code § 6-1-1; amd. 2017 Code)
