10-16-5: ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY:
No certificate of occupancy for a building or addition thereto, constructed after the effective date hereof, or for an addition to a previously existing building, shall be issued until exterior construction has been completed and the premises inspected and certified by the Zoning Administrator to be in conformity with the plans and specifications upon which it is located. A certificate of occupancy shall be given to the applicant stating the reasons why a certificate cannot be issued, not later than fourteen (14) days after the Village Clerk is notified in writing that the building or premises is ready for occupancy.
