No building, structure or fence hereafter erected and no planting or other obstruction to the vision of drivers of motor vehicles shall be located:
A. In any residential or commercial district exceeding a height of three and one-half feet (31/2') above the lot grade within twenty five feet (25') of the intersecting street lines bordering corner lots;
B. In any industrial district within twelve feet (12') of the intersecting street lines bordering a corner lot, provided this regulation shall not apply to any part of the building above the first floor. (1979 Code § 5-3-11)
