10-3-7: OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING:
No building or other structure shall hereafter be erected, altered or enlarged, nor shall any use of land be established or enlarged, unless the minimum off-street parking and loading spaces required by chapter 12 of this title are provided. (1979 Code § 5-3-7)
