10-3-2: SPECIAL USES:
In each zoning district, certain enumerated uses may be permitted only if a special use permit is secured in accordance with the provisions and procedures of chapter 15 of this title. The special uses which may be allowed in each zoning district are set out in each district. (1979 Code § 5-3-2)
