9-1-8: NUMBERING OF BUILDINGS AND LOTS:
All lots, buildings and structures in the Village shall be numbered in accordance with the following plan:
The base line for streets running east and west shall be Wesley Avenue and the base line for streets running north and south shall be Main Street. Numbers shall begin at the base lines with the Number 1. Odd numbers shall be on the south and east sides of the streets. (1979 Code § 4-1-8)
