9-1-2: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:
Application for such permits shall be made to the Village Clerk, and shall be accompanied by plans and specifications in duplicate showing the work to be done, such plans to be verified by either the signature of the owner of the premises or by the architect or contractor in charge of the operations. (1979 Code § 4-1-2)
