8-3-9: RESPONSIBILITY OF OCCUPANT OF PREMISES:
The fact that solid waste remains on any premises in the Village in violation of this chapter shall be prima facie evidence that the occupant of such premises is responsible for the occurrence of such violation. (1979 Code § 8-3-10)
