Any person violating any of the provisions of this section 7-3-8 shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day upon which such violation shall continue. Imposition of any penalty for a violation of this section 7-3-8 shall not be construed as a waiver of the right of the Village to collect the costs of removal of such nuisances in accordance with the provisions of this section 7-3-8 where it is necessary for the Village to remove such nuisances in accordance with the provisions of this section 7-3-8.
