A. Parking Prohibition: It shall be unlawful for any commercial vehicle to park within one hundred feet (100') of any intersection, except for the purpose of making a temporary stop for the purpose of making pick ups or deliveries. (1979 Code § 11-2-6)
B. Penalty: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this section shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or which a violation occurs or continues.
