6-1-1: ILLINOIS MOTOR VEHICLE CODE ADOPTED:
The provisions of the Illinois Motor Vehicle Code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-100 et seq., are hereby adopted in full and as subsequently amended. Three (3) copies of the Illinois Vehicle Code shall be and remain on file in the Office of the Village Clerk. (1979 Code § 11-1-6; amd. 2017 Code)
