Tickets shall be issued for dog violations with a progressive fine starting at fifteen dollars ($15.00) for the first offense within any twelve (12) month period, twenty five dollars ($25.00) for the second offense within any twelve (12) month period, and fifty dollars ($50.00) for the third and subsequent offenses within any twelve (12) month period. Tickets shall state the particular provisions of this article violated, along with the breed, age, color and name of such dog, if known. (1979 Code § 10-4-8)
