5-4A-7: ANIMAL FECES PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any owner or keeper of a dog to permit such dog to deposit animal feces on any street, public place or upon the private premises of any person other than the premises of the owner or keeper of such dog, without immediately removing the feces therefrom and properly disposing of same. (1979 Code § 10-4-7)
