It shall be unlawful for any person to break open or assist in breaking open any such pound, or to let out or assist in letting out or in the escape of any dog impounded therein, or to interfere with, obstruct or prevent the poundkeeper or other person in charge, in the performance of his duties hereunder, or any officer or agent of the Village in the performance of his duties.
