5-4-6: CRUELTY TO ANIMALS:
No person shall cruelly treat any animal in the Village in any way; any person who inhumanely beats, underfeeds, overloads or abandons any animal shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this section. (1979 Code § 10-3-6)
