5-3-3: PREVENTION OF YOUTH NICOTINE ADDICTION:
For the prevention of youth nicotine addition, the Village hereby adopts by reference 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 675/1 et seq., as amended, with one (1) copy on file in the Office of the Village Clerk for inspection by the public. (2017 Code)
