5-2-13: INJURING PROPERTY:
It shall be unlawful to:
   A.   Injure, deface or interfere with any property belonging to the Village without proper authority from the Board of Trustees; or
   B.   Knowingly damage any property of another without his consent; or
   C.   Recklessly by means of fire or explosive, damage property of another; or
   D.   Knowingly start a fire on the land of another without his consent; or
   E.   Knowingly injure a domestic animal of another without his consent; or
   F.   Knowingly deposit on the land or in the building of another, without his consent, any stink bomb or any offensive smelling compound and thereby intend to interfere with the use by another of the land or building; or
   G.   Damage any property, other than property described in 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/20-1, with intent to defraud an insurer; or
   H.   Knowingly shoot a firearm at any portion of a railroad train. (1979 Code § 10-2-5)
