5-2-12: INJURIOUS MATERIALS ON PUBLIC WAYS:
It shall be unlawful to cast, throw or propel any missile on any street, alley or public place; and it shall be unlawful to deposit any glass, nails, tacks or other similar objects or articles on any street, alley or sidewalk in the Village. (1979 Code § 10-2-4)
