4-5-6: ENFORCEMENT; COMPLAINTS:
   A.   The Village Police Department shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and may assess fines pursuant to section 4-5-7 of this chapter.
   B.   Any person may register a complaint with the Police Department for a violation of this chapter. The Police Department shall establish a telephone number that a person may call to register a complaint. (Ord. 01-01-08, 1-22-2008, eff. 1-23-2008)
