4-4-2: STORAGE OF COMBUSTIBLE REFUSE:
It shall be unlawful to store or permit to be stored any combustible refuse in such a way as to create a fire hazard, or to store or throw any refuse of any kind in any alley, street or other public place in the Village. (1979 Code § 9-3-2)
