3-6-6: POSSESSION OF LICENSE:

All licenses issued under this chapter shall be upon the person of the licensee at all times during the operation of such solicitation, and the licensee shall, upon request of a law enforcement officer, display the license to said officer. (Ord. 11-01-16, 11-8-2016)
