Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation of this Code and each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable under the general penalty provisions of this Code. The imposition of penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude the State's Attorney of Ogle County from instituting appropriate action to prevent unlawful raffles or restrain, correct or abate a violation of this chapter or of the conditions of a raffle license issued pursuant hereto.
