§ 3.18 CURB CUTS IN BUSINESS, OFFICE AND INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.
   Entrances and exits to public streets shall be placed and constructed in accordance with the City of Mount Holly Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, as amended. Entrance and exits to state system street shall require a permit issued by NCDOT after review by the Public Works Director. Entrances and exits to city system streets shall require a permit issued by the Public Works Director.
