Water bills will be considered past due after the sixteenth day of the month. A late fee of $3 may be charged when the bill becomes past due, and service may be disconnected. An additional $3 will be charged to reconnect service. A second notice will be mailed on the seventeenth day of the month, which will state that the bill is past due, and service will be disconnected if not paid by the twenty-sixth.
