§ 51.05 CONNECTION FEES.
   The rates for connections to either water or sewer lines, both inside and outside the city, shall be as set from time to time by the City Council. Such rates shall be kept on file in the office of the City Manager and shall be available for public inspection during the regular office hours of the City Manager.
