(A) The applicant shall submit a lot grading plan at the same time as the zoning permit application is submitted. The lot grading plan shall be consistent with the approved engineering plans.
(B) The lot grading plan shall consist of the following information:
(1) House footprint with garage, driveway, sidewalks and patios;
(2) Lot setbacks in accordance with approved plans;
(3) Existing and proposed contours; spot grades as needed (minor subdivisions or single lot development only);
(4) Proposed water, sewer and drainage facilities with easements on the lot, if any;
(5) Location of water meter and sewer clean-out;
(6) Tree clearing limits;
(7) Impervious surface data;
(8) Road and right-of-way; and
(9) Lot, block, applicant name and design professional.
